- Excellent English proficiency.

- Completion of project management courses.

- Some practical experience in project management is a plus.

- Strong soft skills, including communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution.

- High-stress resistance and ability to work under pressure.

- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.

- Knowledge of outsource and outstaff models.

- Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

- Monitor and control project progress to ensure alignment with objectives.

- Create and maintain project documentation, including Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).

- Generate and manage tickets for project tasks.

- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide updates.

- Identify and manage project risks to minimize impact.

- Oversee processes to ensure they are followed and improve them when necessary.

- Manage conflicts within the project team and with stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure timely delivery.

- Provide accurate estimations for project timelines and resources.

- Ensure successful delivery of project milestones and overall project completion.
