What You Bring
3+ Years of Marketing Experience: You’ve managed campaigns, measured results, and know what drives real business impact.
Performance Marketing Mindset: You understand that beautiful design means nothing without leads, and you’re comfortable being measured on conversion metrics.
B2B & Tech Savvy: Experience with B2B sales cycles, ideally in IT outsourcing, SaaS, or tech services. You understand how technical buyers think.
Analytics & Tools: Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, CRM systems, and ad platforms. Comfortable with data analysis.
