Middle Project Manager

Hygge Software is seeking an experienced Middle Project Manager with a strong technical background to lead multiple technical projects across logistics, education, and finance domains.

We are looking for a proactive leader who can ensure timely delivery, manage stakeholder expectations, and coordinate cross-functional teams effectively.

- Basic understanding of API flow, GitFlow, Databases, Testing approaches, Development environments, CI/CD, Mobile development approaches, Cloud technologies (services providers and models) including DNS flow, Different application architectures, Technical debt.
- Minimum of 1.5+ years of project management experience with a strong technical background or 1 year management 1 year technical.
- At least B2 English level.
- Proven track record of managing projects in at least two of the following domains: logistics, education, finance.
- Tools & Software: Strong working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project, or similar) and version control tools (Git, GitHub, Bitbucket).
- Understanding of AI/ML technologies, especially in the context of logistics, education, or finance.
- Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with a variety of stakeholders including engineers, clients, vendors, and executive leadership.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to quickly assess technical challenges, prioritize tasks, and create effective solutions.
- Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate teams, foster collaboration, and resolve conflicts.
- Adaptability: Ability to work effectively in different domains and rapidly change approaches based on project needs or industry demands.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality outputs in a technical environment.

- Project Leadership: Lead and manage multiple concurrent technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Cross-Domain Expertise: Leverage experience in logistics, education, and finance to drive solutions that address the specific challenges in each domain.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring continuous communication.
- Resource Coordination: Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, designers, business analysts, and domain experts, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.
- Technical Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and technical specifications. Ensure adherence to technical standards and best practices.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, including technical, operational, and financial risks, ensuring proactive solutions to avoid project delays or cost overruns.
- Continuous Improvement: Establish processes for measuring project performance and implement best practices for improving project delivery efficiency. 
- Change Management: Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs, while maintaining alignment with business objectives.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure the technical outputs meet defined quality standards and functional requirements before delivery to stakeholders.
