We are seeking a Product Owner to drive product vision and lead execution of client projects. You will own the complete product lifecycle—from defining the roadmap to coordinating daily team operations. This role combines strategic product thinking with hands-on project leadership: you'll decide what we build and ensure it gets built on time and on budget.
You'll shape products for property management, fintech, and B2B SaaS clients, leading Agile teams and making decisions that directly impact business outcomes.
2+ years of experience as a Product Owner in a tech environment
Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
Proven ability to manage product roadmaps and backlogs
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Data-driven approach to product decision-making and prioritization
Experience with user story creation and UAT
Upper-Intermediate+ (written & spoken)
Own the Product Vision, Roadmap, and Backlog, aligning priorities with business objectives
Define and prioritize features, epics, and user stories with clear acceptance criteria
Collaborate with stakeholders to establish product goals and success metrics
Lead Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and guide development teams
Conduct UAT and ensure product quality standards are met
Analyze market trends, user feedback, and performance data to drive product improvements
Maintain product documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders
Nice to Have
Certification in Scrum Product Owner (CSPO/PSPO) or similar Agile framework
Experience working with distributed/remote teams
Background in software development or technical understanding
Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics)
