CREID – Central Real Estate Intelligence Database – was founded in 2018 in London, United Kingdom and plans to launch in the UK market in 2021. We have a world-class management team which includes members of Sir Richard Branson’s inner team from Virgin, and other PropTech experts in the UK.

CREID offers two interconnected products – CREID.Ai and CREID.Black.

CREID.Ai is an innovative B2C platform providing a unique and digitally smart ‘Property Card’ for every home in the UK; capturing the needs of homeowners in one vertical integration by providing a property valuation, and an Open-Banking integration that allows the management and payment of all house bills (Rent, Energy, TV/WiFi and Mortgage) in one place. This platform is 90% complete and we are NOT currently looking for a candidate for this specific project.

CREID.Black is our B2B platform that elegantly displays all property data collected from CREID.Ai – and allows pension funds, asset managers and property managers to efficiently search, value and keep track of multiple property portfolios.
