About the Client/Project

The platform serves two key areas: logistics management and vehicle auctions. Its primary focus is streamlining operations for logistics companies, offering solutions for inventory management and operational efficiency, while also providing a robust auction system for selling vehicles.

Challenge & Solution

With years of expertise and dominance in the market, the client needed a solution that would both maintain the high standards of their existing infrastructure and support new developments tailored to the needs of their partners.

Challenge

The client required ongoing support for their platform’s existing functionality, which was crucial for daily operations. In addition, they sought the development of new features, such as a mobile adaptation and additional plugins, to expand the platform’s usability. The challenge lay in seamlessly integrating these features into a complex, pre-existing system while maintaining its stability and performance.

Solution

To address these challenges, Hygge assigned a team of 6 developers, depending on the project phase, who specialized in front-end, back-end, and full-stack development. We redesigned the platform’s interface for a more user-friendly experience, made the platform mobile-compatible, and developed additional custom products and plugins tailored to the client’s unique needs.

The chosen approach focused on outstaffing, where developers with specific skills were brought in to handle various tasks based on the project’s evolving needs. This allowed us to meet both immediate demands and long-term goals efficiently.
