About the Client/Project

The client is an established marketing agency, manages the project under a white label agreement. The project itself involves the sale of pet supplements, specifically targeting the needs of dog owners.

Challenge & Solution

As the brand gained momentum, particularly due to its strong community-focused marketing, the client needed a technical partner to handle the platform’s development and ensure seamless scaling. Hygge’s role was to support the existing infrastructure while implementing new features based on continuous A/B testing and user feedback.

• Challenge

  The client approached us seeking support for their existing platform, which needed both maintenance and the development of new features to cater to a growing global audience. The challenge lay in improving the platform’s performance, implementing a redesign, and migrating to a more robust tech stack—all while ensuring that the system remained operational and continued to deliver a smooth user experience.

• Solution

  Hygge responded by assigning a team of 5 developers, expanding as the project grew. We first migrated the platform to a new stack, using Gatsby and Builder.io to enhance performance and flexibility.

   

  As part of our solution, we worked closely with the client’s marketing team to implement the results of A/B tests, which led to the creation of new landing pages and significant design updates. Our developers ensured the site could handle increasing traffic and provided global support by setting up regional site mirrors.

Results

The project successfully transitioned to the new tech stack, resulting in significant performance improvements. Furthermore, additional landing pages and regional site mirrors were developed, allowing the platform to serve a broader global audience. The client saw increased sales and expanded their team to manage the growing scope of the project.
