We were approached with a significant challenge. The project, already in active use by its users, required robust support for its existing functionality along with the development of new features.

As a rapidly growing startup without external investments, the project faced the dual pressure of maintaining high performance while continuously evolving to meet user needs.

Initially, our client had a single developer responsible for supporting the project in collaboration with a team based in the United States. However, as the project’s complexity grew, so did the demand for a more comprehensive and responsive team.

To address this challenge, we began by hiring a dedicated developer to support the existing functionality. Recognizing the growing needs of the project and the necessity for a more substantial support system, we quickly expanded our team. Over the course of a year, the team grew from just one developer to a robust team consisting of 5 developers, 2 designers, a Technical Lead, and a Project Manager.
