About the Client/Project

The platform aims to streamline various processes for property managers, enhance tenant experiences, and ultimately revolutionize how properties are managed across Ireland. The collaborative effort leverages both local expertise and international insights to create a solution that is both innovative and highly effective.

Challenge & Solution

Operating without external investments, the project required a solution that would be both user-friendly and functional, addressing the often overlooked needs of real estate agents while maintaining an intuitive experience for end-users.

Challenge

The challenge lay in developing a platform that could seamlessly manage the dual demands of usability for both consumers searching for properties and agents managing those listings. Existing platforms typically provided a satisfactory user experience for the public but often fell short in terms of agent usability, leading to inefficiencies and frustration.

Solution

To meet this challenge, we proposed a ground-up development approach, leveraging MACH architecture and a carefully selected tech stack, including NextJS, NodeJS, and TypeScript. This combination was chosen to ensure rapid load times, scalability, and seamless integration with third-party services, all while keeping development and maintenance costs in check.

Our team—comprising a Team Lead, Full-Stack Developer, Back-End Developer, Front-End Developer, UI/UX Designer, QA Specialist, and Project Manager—focused on building a robust platform capable of handling high traffic volumes, with peaks of around 1,000 users.

We prioritized creating a solution that was not only fast and scalable but also user-friendly for both real estate agents and end-users. The platform’s key features include user registration, property search, agent registration and verification, property management tools, and a comprehensive admin panel for managing listings and user interactions.
