Lead Generation Software for Hygge's Outbound Team
Hygge's lead generators ran outreach across five tools. Pipedrive, LinkedIn Helper, a remote server, a desktop app and Excel each held a piece. Hypotheses sat in Google Docs, apart from the campaigns built on them. The rule of no outreach before an approved ICP lived in people's memory. When a reply came in, tracing it back to the targeting behind it took manual digging. We built one platform the team owns. Only approved hypotheses run campaigns. Each campaign records the versions it runs on. A reply stops the sequence and opens a lead linked to its hypothesis.

Do You Know Which Hypothesis Brought Your Last Lead?
If your outreach rules live in people's heads, we start with a map of your current stack and the rules it depends on. You see what a platform takes over, with the scope and price.
Where Outbound Leaked Before One Platform
Each tool held a piece of the funnel. The rules between them lived in people's heads.
Five Tools for One Funnel
Pipedrive, LinkedIn Helper, a remote server, a desktop app and Excel reports each held a part of the outbound process.
Hypotheses in Google Docs
Targeting statements, roles and materials lived in documents, apart from the campaigns built on them.
Rules Kept by Memory
No outreach before an approved ICP and material was a team rule. It worked only while everyone remembered it.
Targeting That Shifted Under Running Campaigns
A refined profile or script could change what a running campaign was built on. No record showed the version that ran.
Account Safety Left to Habit
Daily volumes and pacing depended on how each person used their LinkedIn account.
Duplicate Contacts Across Sources
The same person could appear under different spellings and URLs. A do-not-contact decision did not travel with them.
The Challenge
Every prospect passed through five tools on the way to a lead. Hypotheses stayed in Google Docs. The team's rules held only while people remembered them. Tracing a lead back to the targeting behind it took manual digging.
The outbound funnel ran across five tools, and the team's targeting rules lived in documents and memory.
Our Solution
We built one platform for the outbound funnel. It holds tiered ICPs, hypotheses with an approval flow and LinkedIn and email sequences. Search, campaigns, sender limits, a unified inbox, a lead pipeline and reporting sit in the same place. Only approved hypotheses run campaigns. Each campaign records the versions it runs on. Replies from both channels land in one inbox and stop the sequence. Qualified leads move from MQL to SQL and on to a presale deal.
One platform the team owns, where the outreach rules run in software.
How the Lead Generation Software Solves It
Each card answers one problem above.
One System for the Funnel
Targeting, sequences, campaigns, the inbox and the pipeline sit in one platform the team owns.
Hypotheses Next to Their Campaigns
Each hypothesis carries its statement, roles, materials and default sequence. Campaigns are built from it.
Rules the Software Enforces
Only approved hypotheses receive leads or run campaigns. The rule no longer depends on memory.
A Snapshot of Every Run
A campaign records its hypothesis, ICP version, sequence version and senders when it becomes ready.
Limits on Every Sender Account
Daily and weekly caps, a working-hour window and randomised gaps apply to every action.
One Record per Person
Duplicate detection and merge keep one contact. A do-not-contact standing follows them into every campaign.
What Hygge Lead Generation Does
Each card is a working module of the platform Hygge's lead generation team uses.
Versioned and Tiered ICPs
Three profiles per niche: decision-makers, technical specialists and influencers. Every change creates a version that hypotheses pin to.
Hypotheses With an Approval Flow
Draft, in review and approved, with change requests along the way. Only approved hypotheses receive leads or run campaigns.
Materials Next to the Targeting
Each hypothesis carries its statement, locations, target roles and default sequence. Team comments and a shareable one-pager, deck or video sit with it.
Sequences Across LinkedIn and Email
Profile views, invites, LinkedIn messages, email steps and waits. Placeholders personalise each step, and some steps wait for an accepted invite.
Checks Before a Script Is Published
Publishing checks the 300-character invite limit, placeholders, message text and waits. Each step gets a fallback: end, continue or retry up to five times.
People and Company Search
A Sales Navigator URL runs through a connected account. A niche and location lead to companies and the people who work there. Saved searches stay linked to a hypothesis.
Campaign Launch Review
Do-not-contact records, people in another running campaign and open leads are left out. Customers, partners and old-base contacts need an acknowledgement.
Per-Person Tracking
Each person in a campaign shows when they were invited, connected and replied. The record says why their sequence stopped.
Rehearsal Before Launch
Test mode runs a whole campaign with simulated accepts and replies before a real message goes out.
Sender Accounts With Limits
Every LinkedIn profile and mailbox has an owner and named operators. Each has daily and weekly caps and a working-hour window.
One Directory of Companies and People
Contacts across channels with position history, duplicate detection and merge. Campaigns respect each contact's standing.
Leads and Handoff to Presale
A reply opens a lead linked to its hypothesis. Qualified leads move to a presale deal through an API that blocks duplicates.
From First Reply to Qualified Lead
Once outreach runs, the same platform handles data, conversations, qualification and reporting.
Import, Export and Clean-Up
Excel and CSV import with a preview, duplicate resolution and safe retries. Leads outside the ICP are marked need to check or not relevant.
Enrichment on Demand
Email and phone enrichment when a lead needs it. A trigger scrapes the profile, posts and company ads into a note on the lead.
Unified Inbox
Email and LinkedIn conversations in one place. Needs-reply markers and AI-suggested sentiment that a person can correct.
AI Message Drafts
Drafts built from the hypothesis, the lead type and outside data about the lead. Every draft stays editable, with prompt and draft versions kept.
Lead-Gen Pipeline
A board from MQL to NOQL to SQL with task badges. SQL needs a Bluedot call recording, and the bonus goes to whoever moves a lead to NOQL.
My Day
Today's follow-ups, unanswered replies, a monthly goal and a watchlist on one home screen.
Reports That Reconcile
Contact-level reports, a funnel from contacted to SQL and corrected reply-rate logic, with exports that match the screen.
Claude Through MCP
Claude assigns tiers and flags leads outside the ICP. It moves them to a better-fitting hypothesis, within the platform's rules.
Every Marketing Touch per Lead
Ads, posts and landing pages from the marketing platform link to hypotheses. The team sees every touch a lead has had.
What Runs Without Anyone Pressing a Button
The checks a lead generator used to run by hand now run inside every campaign.
Replies Stop the Sequence
An incoming reply ends automated steps for that person and opens a lead.
Sending Paces Itself
Daily and weekly limits, working-hour windows and randomised gaps apply to every action.
Every Run Is Reproducible
A campaign records its hypothesis, ICP version, sequence version and senders at launch.
Conflicting Outreach Is Blocked
One running campaign per contact. Do-not-contact and open-lead exclusions apply on their own.
