How the projects in these software development case studies were scoped, run and handed over.

Are these all of your projects?

The software case studies here are the ones written up with the client relationship in a state where publishing makes sense. There are others, including work under agreements that keep the client unnamed.

Why do some cases have no percentages in them?

Because inventing them would be easy and dishonest. Where a client measured an outcome and agreed to publish it, the number is there. Where nobody measured it, the case says what was built and how long it took, and stops there.

Can we talk to a reference client?

In several cases, yes, depending on the client and where they are in their own cycle. Ask during the first conversation and we will tell you which relationships are open to it.

Some of these projects ended. Why publish that?

Because how a project ends says more than how it starts. Some products were handed over complete and now run on the client side. One client came back a year later to open theirs again. That is the part worth knowing before hiring anyone.

How do you decide which projects become public case studies?

A custom software case study is published once the client agrees in writing and the work has been in production long enough that the outcome is settled. Everything else stays out, including projects that went well.

Can I talk to the client behind one of these projects?

For several of them, yes. Reference calls get arranged once a conversation is serious enough that it is worth the client's time, and the client decides whether to take it.

How long did these projects take, and what did they cost?

Timelines run from one month for a deadline-driven build to sixty-plus weekly sprints for a platform that keeps growing. Cost tracks scope, integration count, and compliance load, and the audit produces the figure before development starts.

What happened to these products after Hygge finished?

Most are still running, and several are still maintained by the same engineers. Where a project ended, the client took over a documented codebase in their own repositories and accounts.

Do you have experience in my industry?
