Idea Management Software for CreAItivity
The agency's ideation method worked only in a room, with a senior facilitator steering it. Twenty years of practice could not reach a client who opened a browser alone. A generic AI writer next to a canvas would only add noise. We turned the method into three structured canvases with 36 widgets, so a person walks the same path alone. The AI assistant works on what the user has already written and pushes it further. Three years in, it has two expansions and a second product, all on the first architecture.

Does Your Method Only Work When You Are in the Room?
If your expertise lives in a few senior heads and you doubt software can carry it, we start with how you run a session today. You see which steps become tools, with the scope and price.
Where the Method Got Stuck
What kept twenty years of practice inside one room.
A Method That Needed a Facilitator
Twenty years of ideation practice worked only with someone steering the session.
Structure That Felt Like a Form
Encoding the method risked turning a creative session into paperwork.
AI That Adds Noise
A generic text generator next to a canvas hands people ideas they did not have and cannot defend in a client meeting.
A Product Still Finding Its Shape
The concept kept changing, and each change could have meant a rebuild.
The Challenge
The agency had a method that worked in a room with a facilitator. It wanted the method to work for someone alone with a browser, without the tool feeling like a form. The AI had one bar to clear: make the user's thinking better. A generic generator next to a canvas would add noise, and the client would see it at once.
The concept kept changing, so the architecture had to take changes without a rebuild.
Our Solution
We built the canvases from composable widgets. That is why two expansions landed later without touching the foundation. The assistant works on what is already in the canvas, so it extends the user's idea. When the agency wanted a public demo of its AI work, we built a character generator. It sits inside the group's marketing site.
In the third year, the same team also runs the infrastructure and helps with the group's marketing site.
How the Ideation Software Solves It
Each card answers one problem above.
The Method in 36 Widgets
Three canvases, each with nine text widgets and three visual ones, walk a person through the method alone.
Room for Loose Thinking
A free-form space next to the canvases holds notes, images and ideas that resist a template.
AI That Starts From the User's Words
The assistant reads what the user already wrote and pushes it further. The idea stays theirs.
Widgets That Take New Features
New capability means new widgets on the same base, so the product grows without a rebuild.
What the Idea Management Software Does
What the ideation software gives a user, and what made it feel like a creative tool.
Three Structured Canvases
Each canvas has nine text widgets and three visual ones, 36 in all. Together they turn the agency's method into a path a user can walk alone.
Open Creative Workspace
A free-form space for notes, uploaded images and loose ideas that do not fit a structure.
AI Ideation Assistant
An assistant that refines and expands what the user has written, working on their own material.
Branding Element Generation
A later addition that turns a developed idea into logo concepts and brand directions.
Companion Character Generator
A separate AI tool that turns a short quiz into a character image and matching variants. It shares by link and sits on the group's marketing site.
Managed Environments and CI/CD
Development and production run on AWS with automated pipelines.
What Runs on Its Own
What the platform handles without the team stepping in.
Sessions Stay Saved
Each idea session stays in the user's account, ready to reopen.
Changes Ship Through Pipelines
Development and production deploy through automated pipelines on AWS.
Characters Come With a Link
Each generated character comes with a link the user can share.
Results
What the agency method needed before, and what runs alone in a browser now.
