Voice CRM Analytics App for Revvy
A sales manager wants to know how a region did last quarter. In most CRMs, that means joining objects, setting filters and picking a chart type. So the question goes to an analyst and comes back days later, or it is never asked. Revvy, a Tel Aviv startup, bet that the question itself should be the interface. Hygge built the whole chain. A salesperson says a question into the mobile app. The platform turns the words into text, the text into a CRM query, and the result into a chart.

How Many Sales Questions Never Reach Your CRM?
If your sales team waits on an analyst for answers, we start with a list of the questions they ask most. You get a proposal with the scope, team, timeline and cost.
Where CRM Answers Get Stuck
The data is already in the CRM. The path from a question to a chart is where it gets stuck.
Reports Need Query Skills
Choosing objects, filters and chart types is a specialist job most sales managers have no time to learn.
Questions Wait Days
A request sent to an analyst comes back after the decision it was meant to inform.
Small Questions Go Unasked
A quick check is rarely worth a ticket, so it never reaches the data.
A Misread Question Misleads
A chart built from a misread request looks as convincing as a correct one.
The Challenge
A sales manager wants to compare a region's last quarter with the one before. In most CRMs, that means joining the right objects, setting filters and picking a chart type. So the question goes to an analyst, or it is never asked. Revvy's bet was that the question itself should be the interface, spoken into a phone between meetings. That puts three steps in a chain. Speech has to be heard right. The request has to become the right query against the CRM. The result has to be drawn as a chart that tells the truth. If one step slips, the chart still looks convincing.
Sales teams with answers locked in a CRM and no time to build reports.
Our Solution
Hygge built a data visualization platform connected to the company's CRM. It draws charts from accounts, deals, activity and outcomes. In the mobile app, a salesperson records a phrase. The platform transcribes it and turns it into a structured query against the CRM's data model. Then it returns the chart that answers it. The analysis happens at the moment the question comes up.

How the CRM Analytics Platform Solves It
Each card answers one problem above.
Ask in Plain Words
The salesperson speaks the question. The platform picks the objects, filters and chart.
An Answer While It Still Matters
The chart comes back in the app, before the decision it was meant to inform.
One Phrase for a Quick Check
A short question costs one phrase, so small checks get asked too.
Queries Built on the CRM's Own Model
Each request becomes a structured query against the CRM's objects and fields.
What Hygge Built
Every part of the platform shortens the distance between a sales question and a chart.
Speech Recognition
A phrase recorded in the mobile app becomes text the platform can work with.
Natural-Language Interpretation
The text becomes a structured query against the CRM's data model.
Connected to the CRM
Accounts, deals, activity and outcomes are read where the sales team already records them.
Charts Drawn on Request
The query result becomes a chart that fits the question.
Built for the Phone
The mobile app serves salespeople in the car or between meetings.
Analysis for Every Manager
Managers get answers from the data without learning a report builder.
What Runs Without Anyone Pressing a Button
Once a salesperson stops speaking, three steps run in a chain.
Speech Becomes Text
The recorded phrase is transcribed inside the platform.
Text Becomes a Query
The request is turned into a query against the CRM's data.
The Chart Comes Back
The platform draws the chart from the query result and sends it to the app.
What Revvy Changed for a Sales Team
The outcome is measured in who gets to ask questions of the data.
